Hi there! I’m Samantha, but please, call me Sam. I’m a lifelong learner with over 20 years experience in various business fields, and I’m here to give small business owners freedom from running their businesses so they can grow their businesses. The popular title for it is Online Business Manager.
If you’re wondering why I chose to become an OBM, it’s because I’ve always had an intense desire to run my own business, but I couldn’t figure out what I wanted to do, so I decided I’d just run other peoples’ businesses. LOL I’ve always had a natural aptitude for business operations, so I took it a step further and earned a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Leadership, and I took a great 6-month course on how to be an Online Business Manager.
OK, there’s a little more to it than that; part of it is because my initial reaction when I hear someone say they’re struggling with running their own business is ‘I can help you with that!”.
But if you don’t love Star Trek, I won’t work with you.
Just kidding! But you have to have a good sense of humor, so if you don’t think that was funny, then we might not be a great match. I think a sense of humor is absolutely necessary in a business relationship. We have to choose to work with each other, and my goal here is to give you enough information about me that you can decide whether or not to move forward with an introductory call.
To help with that, here is a synopsis of my top 10 Gallup Strengths, in order:
